Fullers Earth has powerful cleansing and absorbent properties.

The name comes from its use by 'Fullers' (cloth makers) to absorb lanolin and other oils out of wool.

A natural clay, dermatologically well-tolerated, often used in cosmetics as a thickening and stabilising agent for emulsions, creams, toothpastes, gels and powders.

It has been used for centuries to remove impurities from the skin.

When taken internally it has been proven to prevent the absorbtion of toxic substances in the gastrointestinal tract.

It is a powerful cleanser or intestinal de-toxifiant. Often used in colon cleansing and aenemas, as it helps remove imacted waste.

Aluminium in Fullers Earth is rendered insoluble by silica which removes the risk of it being absorbed by the body.
