10. Luzia Barclay uses all reasonable endeavours to adhere to the delivery times set.
11. All products are subject to availability. Backordered products include items that are not currently in stock. Should this occur, we would e-mail or telephone you with the anticipated dispatch date. If for any reason we determine that a backordered item will no longer be available, we will notify you immediately, cancel the item from your order, and refund you in full, or you may choose an alternative product of the same value.
12. Cancellation: You may cancel your order by informing us of this by e-mailing info@luzia.co.uk any time up to seven days from receiving delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is the earlier.

Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the invoice number.

We strongly recommend that if any condition persists that you seek the advice of a qualified health professional.

Special care should be taken when treating children, in pregnancy or for any ongoing disease and we recommend that you seek the advice of a qualified health professional in these cases.

Contract: A purchase made from Luzia.co.uk or herbsforhealing.org.uk (whether made online, by telephone, by written instruction or other means) shall be deemed as the contract in which the customer acting as the purchaser agrees these terms and conditions.

Payments: Can be made by cheque, postal order, or securely online via credit or debit card. At this time, we can only process payments within the UK. For secure UK credit card payments, we have linked up with Nochex, which is an online payment system that enables individuals to send money for FREE using their UK debit/credit card. All sensitive financial information is stored securely on Nochex servers. Nothing is held on the herbsforhealing website.

Specifications: Due to constant product development and the availability of quality herbs on the world market the Company reserves the right to alter the specification and formula of any product without prior notice.

Prices: The price is in pounds sterling. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Carriage: All delivered goods are subject to a charge for postage and packaging unless waived by the Company. Delivery outside of the United Kingdom will be made via airmail and charged at cost.

Guarantee: Should any of our products be faulty or defective we will gladly exchange them at no extra cost. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you have any specific queries regarding our returns policy please Contact Us.

No Quibbles Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have bought, please return it to us for a full refund. We regret, however, that we cannot refund return postage costs.

Luzia Barclay makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact Customer Services within 3 days of receipt and return the package within 7 days, for a replacement to be sent.

Goods must be returned complete including all packaging.
If any item(s) are missing when received then the product is deemed incomplete and will be returned to you.

The Goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us.

All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items returned that are incomplete, damaged, opened or used will be returned to you in the condition received.

This is the entire agreement between the parties and may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.

Rest of the World: We will be happy to refund the purchase price for any product, provided it is returned to us within one calendar month and is unopened and unused. The cost of the return shall be borne by the customer.

Products: The products supplied are natural products subject to a degree of variability. Liquid products may develop sediment after standing which is quite natural and should be mixed back in by shaking before each use. Store in a cool dark place. Dry products, teas, powders and the like should be stored in cool dark air tight containers.

Out of Stock: At the discretion of the Company products which are out of stock at the time of order will be placed on Back Order and supplied at a later date, otherwise the cost of the missing item(s) will be refunded in full.
